In 2026, Kazakhstan is implementing its largest road construction and modernization program in recent years. Large-scale infrastructure projects are driving demand for modern construction machinery, road-building equipment, materials, and digital technologies for the industry.
According to the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a record 11,000 km of roads are undergoing construction and repair this year, including:
3,400 km of construction and reconstruction of national highways;
5,000 km of major and medium repairs on the national road network;
2,400 km of repairs on local roads.
At the same time, the country continues to develop its transport infrastructure by expanding the toll road network and implementing modern solutions to improve road quality and traffic safety.
The Market Creates New Opportunities
The rapid growth of road construction is increasing demand for a wide range of solutions, including asphalt pavers, road rollers, excavators, motor graders, concrete plants, surveying systems, intelligent construction management technologies, construction material production equipment, and service solutions.
For manufacturers, suppliers, and dealers of construction equipment, this presents new opportunities to enter the markets of Kazakhstan and Central Asia, establish partnerships, and expand their businesses.
